CARROT WALNUT CAKE


Carrot Walnut Cake

Bahan-bahan
2 ½ cwn Tepung Berserbuk Penaik
1 sudu teh Baking Powder
1 sudu teh Bicarbonate Soda
1 sudu teh Cinnamon Powder
¼ sudu teh Garam
¾ cwn Brown Sugar
1 cwn Castor Sugar
4 bj Telur
1 cwn Minyak Jagung
1 cwn Mentega Cair
3 cwn Lobak Parut (lebih kurang 2 bj yg sederhana besar)
¾ cwn Walnut cincang

Topping
¾ ketul Cream Cheese
3 sudu makan Mentega/Krimwell
1/3 cwn Icing Sugar
1 sudu teh Lemon Juice (optional)

Cara-cara
1. Panaskan oven 180c.
2. Ayak tepung bersama baking powder & bicarbonate soda dlm mangkuk
3. Campurkan lobak parut, minyak jagung, mentega cair, cinnamon powder, brown sugar, castor sugar dan telur.
4. Kisar adunan sehingga lembut / gebu. Masukkan tepung, kacau sebati then masukkan walnut cincang & kacau rata.
5. Bakar dlm oven 45 minit hingga 1 jam. Test ngan lidi. Kalau tak melekat dah masaklah tuuu.
6. Biarkan sejuk then buat topping.

m.lang kiter da penah try...telur ngan sugar tu nk pukul dulu ker br masuk carrots and the rest...then kiternyer carrot cake tu cam x gelap cam sepatutnyer, was it because i skip the cinnamon powd..tp sedap jugak..abah kiter suke :) TQ m.lang
